Happy Victoria Day Weekend! The change in temperatures has been sudden and unexpected! Thanks for labelling any hats that might come to school - this makes it easier to return hats to the right owner! 
We are expecting a delivery of an outdoor table replacement (under warranty) sometime in the next few weeks. We have been very happy with the outdoor seating options added this year and so appreciate funding from our SAC's BINGO account to make this purchase possible!

For awareness, SAC Bingo funding and some funds from Hot Lunch have been used to significantly reduce field trip costs from K to 8!

We have completed one fire drill and plan to do the required additional two firedrills and lockdown drill in the next few weeks. We give educators a heads up about the approximate timing of these drills to ensure that they don't impact special guests or upcoming assessments.

Tickets for the Musical Review on Monday, May 25th will be available to all families this week. All students will see the show at a dress rehearsal on the 25th during the last block of the day (after 2 pm).
