Dear Sinclair Families:
The final weeks of the 2025/26 school year are here. Below is our planned organization for the upcoming 2026/27 school year.
All classes will be at capacity next year. In the last weeks of June and in the weeks leading up to September, class lists are developed and revisited over time and with input from staff and consideration for a variety of factors. Some of the key factors include: ministry classroom capacity limits, friendships, previous class placements, and learning styles. Classroom placement requests can be received, but not guaranteed.
Classroom placements are tentative and emailed to families in the final days leading up to the beginning of the school year. Placements are tentative until enrolment numbers are finalized in the first weeks of the school year.

Upcoming School Events:
- Wednesday, June 17th - Whole School Pride Photo - 9:40 ish. Class colours have been assigned.
- Friday, June 19th - Lakeshore Pool and Alternate Activity at Jim Beattie (Grade 4/5 to 8)
- Monday, June 22nd - Graduation (5 pm) followed by Boat Cruise (7 to 9 pm)
- Tuesday, June 23rd - Year End Assembly - Farewells and Festivities - 9:40 ish

We will recognize Ms. D's retirement! We will also say farewell to Ms. Quick, Ms. Hogan and Ms. York. There will be a year end slideshow! - Wednesday, June 24th - SAC FUN DAY - active activities during the school day - to ensure that all students can participate in the fun. Dress for outdoor and active play.
Wear "OLD" clothes! Bring a change of clothing. Be sure to have a pair of socks to wear to access the inflatable structures. - Thursday, June 25th - LAST DAY of SCHOOL - Wear Canada Day Colours (Red and White)!
- Friday, June 26th - PA DAY - no school for students! Lost and Found Items will be donated - after July 1st.
- PA Day - Tuesday September 1st
- First Day of School for 2026/27 for students - Wednesday September 2
